Thanks to the huge rise in scammers, the fact that I am a tiny business, and the nature of my products, there will be NO RETURN OR REFUNDS on most items. The only items I will entertain a refund or return is for items that do not have a limit to them such as incense holders or wax melts. Things labeled "1oK" in the description are not available for return or refund since they are "1 of a Kind."
Most items are refurbished or hand-made and thus will not look exactly like the picture. Please be aware of this when you order items. "It doesn't look like the picture" is not a viable excuse for a refund or return. I WILL ask for proof if an item has been destroyed before reaching your door.
Unfortunately, most items will also not be replaceable. You must give at least 1 months time, especially around the holidays, before stating that the product never reached you, then we can have a discussion on how to proceed. I will always provide you with a tracking number from which ever service I use (usually The Postal Service).
If you have any candy allergies, speak now! I provide goodies with every product that I sell and that includes candy.
I do not take commissions; however, if there is a product (that isn't "1oK") you like but want a different color, I am willing to change it up.
If you are rude or threatening, I have every right to cancel your order and you will be refunded. If you received your package already and are rude, I have every right to block you from my business. The customer is NOT always right.
